Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly efficient, detail-oriented Bilingual Dispatcher based in Peru to join our team in a 100% remote, part-time position (20 hours per week). You will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating with technicians, and handling client communications.
Since we operate in the US time zone, you must be flexible with a 1-hour shift adjustment due to the US Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes (Spring shift from the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November / Winter shift from the first Sunday of November to the second Sunday of March).
Main Responsibilities:
• Call Management: Receive and make calls using a software application to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Dispatch & Coordination: Coordinate daily schedules with technicians via WhatsApp groups.
• Platform Management: Check emails, manage messages, process payments, and reschedule appointments on our web platform (Workiz).
• Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while strictly following written instructions and details.
Technical Requirements (Mandatory):
• Language: Advanced / Fluent English (Both spoken and written with excellent pronunciation).
• Quiet and distraction-free home office workspace (Mandatory: No background noise, no barking dogs, no street noise during shifts)
• Work Exclusivity: This position requires your full attention. Candidates with other current jobs or heavy university schedules that cause fatigue or conflicts will not be accepted.
• Availability for Emergencies: Must have the flexibility to cover extra hours in case of emergencies or coworker absences. Extra hours will be paid at the standard rate of $4 USD per hour.
• Hardware: A personal Laptop only (No desktop PCs allowed) not older than 4 years.
• Internet: High-speed Home Fiber Optic Internet (Minimum 300 Mbps).
• Backup: A smartphone with a reliable mobile data plan as internet backup.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $300 USD per month to start during the learning phase.
• Performance Bonus: Your salary will increase to $350 USD per month as soon as you are fully independent and fully trained (the speed of this raise depends entirely on your learning curve).
• Bi-weekly Payments: Paid in two halves per month (around the 1st/2nd and 16th/17th).
• 100% Net Payment: Payments are strictly via PayPal. We cover all transaction and platform fees (including PayPal and Ligo transfer fees) so you receive your full $300 or $350 net into your Peruvian bank account with zero deductions.
HOW TO APPLY:
To filter out automated bot applications, please start your application message/cover letter with the code word "DISPATCH_PERU". Applications without this code will be ignored. Please include your laptop specifications (Processor/RAM) and a screenshot of your internet speed test.
