WE'RE HIRING: Senior Prior Authorization Specialist & Team LeadResponsibilities:-Verify insurance eligibility and benefits-Review copays, deductibles, coinsurance, session limits, telehealth coverage, and prior authorizations-Accurately document benefits in the EHR-Resolve eligibility discrepancies and flag potential issues-Help train and support new verification specialistsRequirements:-Experience in US medical insurance verification, billing, or revenue cycle-Behavioral/mental health experience required-Knowledge of insurance eligibility, payer portals, and prior authorization-Experience with SimplePractice or TherapyNotes is a plus-Strong English communication and attention to detail-Ability to work US Eastern hoursInterested?
