Responsibilities


Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic security architecture, design, integration, assessment, and risk management initiatives.Translate business and security requirements into effective security processes, architectures, and solutions.Ensure information security services comply with applicable standards and regulations such as NIST, ISO, PCI, and SOX.Develop and maintain security strategies, policies, procedures, configurations, and forward-looking security roadmaps.Evaluate emerging security technologies and provide recommendations to senior leadership.Identify security gaps, weaknesses, and risks and drive remediation efforts resulting from incidents, penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and audits.Partner with vendors, account teams, and customer leadership to align security operations with business objectives.Review security service-management activities and ensure incidents, problems, requests, and changes meet established SLAs.Participate in security operational reviews with senior stakeholders, including CISO-level leadership.Support security awareness initiatives and ensure personnel understand applicable security policies and obligations.Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders while proactively identifying security challenges and risks.Required Qualifications12+ years of IT Security experience.Fluent Japanese & English – Mandatory.Strong experience in security architecture, enterprise security, risk management, and security operations.Experience working in customer-facing senior security consulting or relationship-management roles.Preferred QualificationsStrong knowledge of NIST, ISO, PCI, SOX, and other information security standards.Experience with internal/external security audits, contract compliance, and quality initiatives.Strong understanding of risk-based security management.One or more security certifications: CISSP, CISM, SSCP, CEH, or CSSLP.Experience with network perimeter security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and content filtering.
