We’re hiring: UI Engineer | Frontend / ReactAre you a Frontend/UI Engineer who cares as much about how a product feels as how it works?We’re looking for a UI Engineer to join a fast-growing AI-driven HealthTech company, building a platform that transforms complex hospital operations into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.This is a high-impact role where you’ll work at the intersection of Frontend Engineering, Product, and UX, turning wireframes and complex requirements into polished, scalable, production-ready interfaces.💻 What you’ll doBuild responsive, production-grade UI components and interfacesDevelop dashboards, workflows, forms, and internal toolsCreate and maintain reusable components and design systemsTranslate product requirements and wireframes into intuitive user experiencesImprove usability, accessibility, performance, and UI consistencyCollaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Full-Stack teamsDebug and resolve frontend issues across browsers and devicesContribute to design reviews, product discussions, and user feedback iterations🎯 What we’re looking for4+ years of experience in Frontend or UI EngineeringStrong experience building production-level UIsStrong knowledge of React and modern frontend developmentSolid TypeScript & JavaScript skillsStrong understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and accessibilityExperience building reusable components and design systemsAbility to turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive interfacesExperience integrating with REST APIs and backend servicesStrong attention to detail and high standards for UI qualityA product-oriented mindset with a strong focus on usabilityStrong communication skills in English (C1)⭐ Nice to haveExperience with AI-powered applications or data-heavy interfacesHealthcare, HealthTech, Telehealth, EHR/EMR, or regulated environmentsHIPAA-compliant applications and PHI requirementsComplex dashboards and workflow-driven applications🎨 Portfolio requiredWe’re especially interested in seeing real-world UI work, design execution, and examples that demonstrate your product thinking and attention to user experience.🌎 Remote | Candidates must be based in one of the listed countries🕘 Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST🤝 Long-term, full-time engagementIf you’re passionate about building clean, scalable, intuitive interfaces and want to have a direct impact on the customer experience, we’d love to hear from you!📩 Interested?
