Short company intro
Neat N Tidy is a residential house cleaning company based in the Denver area. Our website is neatntidy.co. We book cleanings for US homeowners and send vetted, insured local cleaners to their homes. Sales books the jobs. Customer Success handles most daytime customer questions. Operations makes sure the right cleaner shows up at the right home at the right time, every day.
When a cleaner calls out, a job is unassigned, two bookings collide, or a customer needs a same-day change, Ops is the team that fixes it before it becomes a bad review.
The role
We are hiring a remote Operations Coordinator to schedule and dispatch cleaners, fill unassigned jobs, handle cleaner call-outs and reschedules, confirm jobs, solve day-of issues, and field early-morning calls before CS starts. You will live in the schedule, talk to cleaners mostly in Spanish, talk to customers and teammates in professional English when needed, and keep Google Sheets and our scheduling tools accurate so the day runs clean.
What success looks like
- Unassigned jobs get a cleaner before the customer notices a gap
- Call-outs and reschedules are handled fast, with a clear backup plan
- Day-of issues get solved calmly and documented well
- Confirmations go out on time so fewer cleaners no-show
- Early morning MT coverage is reliable so Sales and CS are not stuck waiting on Ops
Responsibilities
1. Schedule and dispatch
Build and maintain cleaner schedules. Assign jobs based on location, availability, and skill. Fill open slots the same day when something falls through. Keep the schedule tools and sheets accurate so everyone is looking at the same plan.
2. Handle call-outs and reschedules
When a cleaner calls out, move fast. Find a backup, update the customer path with CS when needed, and document what changed. Same for customer reschedules that hit the schedule.
3. Confirm jobs and prevent no-shows
Confirm upcoming jobs with cleaners. Chase missing confirmations. Flag risk early when a cleaner is quiet or overloaded.
4. Solve day-of issues
When a cleaner is late, locked out, double-booked, or short on time, stay calm, gather the facts, and fix the morning or the afternoon in front of you. Escalate cleanly when the decision is above your authority.
5. Cover early mornings
This seat often starts before CS. Answer early MT calls and messages that affect the day's schedule so jobs do not sit unresolved until the rest of the company logs on.
6. Communicate clearly in English and Spanish
Most cleaners speak Spanish, so you will text and call them in Spanish every day. You also need professional English for customers, Sales, CS, and written notes. Bilingual work is part of the job, not a side skill.
Requirements (must have)
- Professional English and Spanish (bilingual is a hard requirement for this seat)
- At least 1 year of scheduling, dispatch, operations, or call center experience
- Comfortable handling 50 or more calls and texts in a work day
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets and scheduling software
- Quiet professional workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a backup plan
- Available for a 5-day schedule that includes one or two weekend days, with 2 consecutive days off
- Flexible on exact shift times, including early mornings Mountain Time (MT)
- Based in El Salvador, Nicaragua, or Guatemala
Nice to haves
- Experience with a cleaning company, home services, or field service (preferred, does not disqualify)
- Prior remote Ops or dispatch work for a US company
- Familiarity with BookingKoala, Quo or OpenPhone, Slack, or GoHighLevel
