Job Title: Content Repurposing Operator for a Spiritual Teacher (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) - Part-Time, Remote (Flexible Hours) Salary: $500 USD/month base (part-time, roughly 15-20 flexible hours a week) + member bonuses (details below) About the work I am John Jacob Mubarak, founder of Sacred Truth. I work as a spiritual teacher and counselor, and my work spans spiritual counseling, plant medicine, retreats, breathwork, meditation, and yoga. I run live sessions, teach, write, and host an online community called the Spiritual Recalibration Circle. The heart of the role is simple: learn my body of work, and help me share it consistently and beautifully across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This is a collaboration, not a branding exercise. I supply the raw material - my life, teachings, writing, and voice notes - and you study it and repurpose it into content that sounds like me because it comes from me. What you'd be doing The source material is focused: one livestream a week on Facebook and Instagram, one 90-minute class a week, and a book I am writing. Your job is to know that material deeply and turn it into consistent, beautiful posts: - Watch my weekly live session and class and read my writing, staying current with what I am teaching each week - Turn that material into short-form video clips (Reels and TikToks) with captions, carousels, quote graphics, and written posts - Write captions and post copy in my voice, drawn from my actual words - Build and maintain a simple content calendar so posts go out consistently - Occasionally draft email content for my list from the same source material - Help with routine engagement using approved response templates, passing anything personal, emotional, or spiritual-advice-related to me - Stay current with what the platforms are building - new features and formats on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and newer spaces like Threads - and thoughtfully test the ones that fit the work, without chasing every trend What a week looks like Flexible, part-time, results-based: 3-4 short vertical clips with captions, 2-3 written or visual posts, a current content calendar, light comment and DM engagement with approved templates, and one weekly check-in call with me. Usually about 15-20 hours a week - I care about the work getting done well and consistently, not about counting hours. A few things that keep this work honest - The teachings always come from me - you will never be asked to invent teachings or write spiritual advice in my name. - For now, ads, funnels, and growth strategy stay with me. Your focus is the content itself, done really well. - You will be part of the Spiritual Recalibration Circle, where members share. Some shares can be used - testimonials, gratitude, breakthroughs, insights - and some cannot. Anything drawn from a member's share is used only with their permission, and anything private or sensitive stays protected. Knowing the difference is one of the most important parts of this role. - The Circle grows slowly on purpose, but I want serious social media growth - especially Instagram, and getting TikTok started. Steady growth with the right people, not viral gimmicks. About the Circle and the bonus The Circle is my paid online community ($175-220/month depending on the package). It grows slowly on purpose: 2-3 well-aligned new members a month, 5 at the absolute most. Your content is the main way new people find it, so your pay grows as the Circle grows through your work: - Base pay: $500/month, part-time (roughly 15-20 flexible hours a week), paid monthly. Your base never depends on conversions - it covers the work described above, in full. - Member bonus: a one-time $50 for each new Circle member who joins through your content and stays - paid once a prepaid 3, 6, or 12-month payment clears and any refund window has passed, or after a monthly member completes their third month. One bonus per member, for members who genuinely stay. - Cap: bonuses are capped at 5 new members per month - by design, it keeps the community healthy. - Raise path (a staircase, not a ceiling): for every 10 active retained members who joined through your content, your base goes up $200/month - 10 members means $700/month, 20 means $900/month, 30 means $1,100/month. Assessed quarterly, counting only active paying members who passed the retention standard. - Room to grow: a real path for this role to become a larger, full-time position with higher base pay, agreed openly together. Attribution is simple: a "How did you find the Circle?" question at signup plus unique links on your content. I make every admission decision myself - you never close anyone. Who this is a good fit for - Strong written English - captions that sound like a real person, not a brand - Real skill with short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and simple design tools (Canva or similar) - You have run or meaningfully contributed to an Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account before - You keep up with how the platforms evolve - current formats and features, what is emerging - and experiment with intention rather than following the crowd - Genuinely interested in spirituality, meditation, breathwork, yoga, or personal growth - no need to be a practitioner, but you will be steeped in this material every week - Reliable, organized, comfortable working independently with a weekly check-in - Hours are flexible, but you can overlap with Costa Rica time (GMT-6) for the weekly call and occasionally around live sessions Before Eve ever took a bite of the apple, she was already screwed. It’s true. She didn’t even have to eat it because before there was original sin, there was original guilt. That’s the real beginning, the first wound, the first forgetting. Original guilt isn’t the belief that we’ve done something wrong; it’s the deeper suspicion that something is wrong with us. The serpent said to Eve, "You will not certainly die. For God knows that when you eat from it, your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, knowing good and evil." So Eve looked at the fruit. It seemed good for food. It was pleasing to the eye and apparently desirable for gaining wisdom. So she took it. And she ate. The serpent didn’t offer her something she lacked. It convinced her that something was missing and needed improvement. The promise wasn’t simply knowledge; it was self-improvement. And the temptation was not simply the fruit but the belief that a better version of herself waited on the other side. Before that, she and Adam were fine. They were naked, unashamed, at ease in the garden. There was no ladder to climb, no mask to wear. But in that moment, a new thought entered human consciousness: "I am not enough as I am." That’s the real fall. Not sin, but separation. Not evil, but a belief that we are lacking and need to become better. This is the seed of the “not enough” story which has echoed through much of Western religion, psychology, and culture. It seems to me that we have been reaching for that fruit ever since.
