Responsibilities


The Implementation Manager plays a critical role in supporting the onboarding of new customers onto our software platform.  The role involves elements of project management, technical support as well as training.  In addition to supporting the initial setup of new customers, Implementation Managers will also support major setup changes and overhauls.  Implementation Managers must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and driven to keep deadlines and help hold others accountable.  Ideal candidates will have experience in roles related to software onboarding, training or technical support.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or related roleBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention and obsession for detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft ExcelEffectively and efficiently solve problems ranging in difficultyDemonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and sometimes competing prioritiesAvailability to include some weekday evening hoursAvailability to include some travel as neededPreferred Qualifications:1-3 years software sales, account management, onboarding, training, and/or technical support experienceExperience working with Software as a Service (SaaS)Experience working with Professional Services Automation Software (PSA)Compensation and Benefits:Base salary: $50k-$60k, plus eligibility for bonus plan (up to 25% of salary)Competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options at affordable rates401(k) plan with employer matchFlexible and casual work environment: we offer flexible PTO and a remote-first workplaceEmployee camping credit to encourage getting outdoors and experiencing our product!Priority will be given to candidates located near our Grand Rapids, MI headquarters or in our Denver, CO and Chicago, IL metro area hubs who are interested in a hybrid working arrangement.
