Responsibilities

Community Leader Full-Time | Hybrid in Buenos Aires / Remote within Argentina | USD Salary We are looking for a Community Leader to join IntellActs. This is a marketing and communications role for someone who combines exceptional writing, strategic thinking, and strong client relationship skills. Writing is at the core of the position. You will translate company developments, intelligence findings, market context, and communication objectives into clear, compelling content for investor relations channels, responder programs, and direct client communications. What You'll Do Own a portfolio of client accounts from day one, with the support and collaboration of the broader IntellActs team. Develop and write strategic content for investor relations channels and responder programs. Build content and communication strategies aligned with each client's positioning and objectives. Maintain close relationships with clients and participate in regular calls, presentations, and strategic conversations. Stay attentive to emerging conversations, narrative shifts, reputational risks, and opportunities around your accounts. Bring ideas to the table. You are not expected to solve every situation independently from day one, but you are expected to recognize what matters, ask the right questions, and help move the team toward a response. As you grow into the role, develop greater autonomy in strategic recommendations and account direction. What We're Looking For Exceptional English communication skills — C2 level, both written and spoken. This is essential for the role. Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone, messaging, and complexity for different audiences and channels. A strong foundation in marketing, communications, digital strategy, social media strategy, PR, or related fields. Understanding of social listening, content strategy, and brand positioning. Professional maturity and an ownership mindset. You should be comfortable being accountable for your accounts while knowing when to collaborate, ask questions, or escalate. Strategic curiosity. We value people who want to understand not only what is happening, but why it matters and what we should do about it. Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Confidence communicating with international clients and participating in senior-level conversations. A collaborative mindset. This role works closely with specialists across the company, and good judgment matters more to us than pretending to have every answer. A Strong Plus Experience or genuine interest in financial markets, investor relations, social intelligence, public-company communications, or reputation management. Previous experience managing multiple clients or accounts — particularly in an agency, marketing, communications, or consulting environment — is also highly valued.
