The OpportunityAre you a high-performing sales leader who excels at turning strategy into measurable revenue? We are seeking a Sales Director, Integrated Media to serve as the operational engine of our sales department for brands in the CPG, Retail, and Technology industries. This is a high-impact, player-coach role designed for a leader who is equally comfortable coaching a team of seven to success as they are stepping into the boardroom to close a complex, multi-platform deal. You will act as the critical bridge between brand vision and daily execution, ensuring our team is hitting or overachieving their targets, our forecasts stay accurate, and our clients receive world-class integrated solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & CoachingDirect Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of approximately five plus sellers, taking full accountability for their professional development and hitting collective quotas.Deal Support: Actively participate in key or at risk deals, providing the strategic oversight needed to push high-value contracts across the finish line.Resource Allocation: Strategically reassign accounts or coverage areas to optimize team performance and territory growth.Operational ExcellenceForecasting & Pipeline: Own the team’s pipeline health across 30-, 60-, and 90-day horizons. You are responsible for the accuracy of revenue projections and the rigor of the sales cycle.CRM Integrity: Enforce CRM usage and opportunity tracking to ensure data-driven decision-making.Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with the Group Publisher to ensure the sales team’s daily activities align with overarching brand priorities and market positioning.Integrated Media ExecutionSolution Crafting: Develop and sell sophisticated programs spanning digital advertising, event sponsorships, custom content, and proprietary research.Retention & Growth: Oversee post-sale transitions to Client Success teams, ensuring flawless execution that leads to renewals and upsell opportunities.Brand Representation: Serve as a face of the brand at major industry events to spark new business and strengthen market presence.Position RequirementsExperience: 10+ years of experience in B2B integrated media sales, with a proven track record of managing teams and meeting direct quota responsibilities.Sales Management: 5+ years of leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of approximately five plus sellers, taking full accountability for their performance, forecasting and pipeline, CRM integrity, training, professional development and hitting collective quotas.Sales Mastery: Deep expertise in consultative selling and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.Analytical Mindset: Exceptional skills in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.Communication: Polished presentation skills and the ability to communicate vision and expectations clearly to both direct reports and executive leadership.Education: Bachelor’s degree required.Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30%, including occasional evenings and weekends for industry events.Benefits & CultureWe offer a comprehensive compensation package including health, dental, and vision insurance, with tax-advantaged HSA/FSA options and a monthly stipend for internet.
