This role is first and foremost about building excellent software, setting a high technical bar, and helping the rest of the team level up through example, mentorship, and technical guidance. You will work closely with Product and QA to shape solutions, but your primary impact comes from writing, reviewing, and evolving production code. While this role includes people management responsibilities, leadership is expressed mainly through technical excellence, decision-making, and raising the quality of the team output. As we scale, we rely heavily on AI and automation to increase engineering leverage.
