This role is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing organic social media strategies for multiple clients across different platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and data-driven, with the ability to tailor content to each client’s brand voice while maintaining consistency and measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute organic social media strategies for multiple construction-industry clients.Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, graphics, videos, reels) tailored to each client’s audience and goals.Manage and grow clients’ presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as relevant.Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and prepare regular reports for internal teams and clients.Provide accurate tracking and reporting of social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.Analyze social media insights and data to recommend improvements and optimize future strategies.Collaborate with the design, content, and SEO teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and aligned with overall marketing strategies.Research industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and effective.Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting frequency across all accounts.Suggest innovative ideas to increase visibility and engagement for clients.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Growth in client social media followers and audience size.Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, clicks, saves).Consistency and timeliness of content posting across accounts.Reach and impressions of organic campaigns.Monthly/quarterly reporting accuracy and insights provided.Client satisfaction and retention based on social media results.Contribution to lead generation and brand awareness goals.QualificationsProven experience (2+ years) managing organic social media for multiple brands/clients (agency experience preferred).Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) preferred.Ability to analyze data and create actionable recommendations.Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple clients/accounts.Knowledge of the construction or B2B industry is a plus.Key CompetenciesCreative thinker with strong storytelling skills.Highly organized with excellent time management.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.Data-driven with ability to translate metrics into meaningful insights.
