Role Descriptions: Project Leadership: - Lead end-to-end migration from Oracle on-prem to Oracle Fusion Cloud. - Define scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Team Management: - Manage and mentor technical teams across multiple workstreams. - Ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices. Stakeholder Engagement: - Act as the primary point of contact for the customer. - Provide regular updates and manage expectations effectively. Technical Oversight: - Oversee Oracle Fusion implementation, integration, and troubleshooting. - Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. Risk Compliance: - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
