Responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest across 4+ brands. - Schedule and post content using Metricool or similar tools. - Engage with comments, DMs, and community members. - Repurpose blog content into social posts, carousels, and short-form video captions. - Submit and maintain profiles on therapy directories (Psychology Today, GoodTherapy, TherapyDen, AAMFT, IITAP). - Build backlinks through directory submissions, guest post outreach, and podcast pitch follow-ups. - Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics. - Research keywords and suggest new blog post topics. - Manage intake for therapy support groups. - Manage email lists in Kit (ConvertKit) — tagging, sequences, list hygiene. - Track group enrollment numbers and waitlists. - Manage the founder's email inbox — triage, flag, respond, draft, and organize. - Enter and manage bills, invoices, and expenses in QuickBooks. - Track payments, subscriptions, and recurring charges. - Manage the founder's calendar and schedule appointments via SimplePractice. - Handle rescheduling, cancellations, reminders, and follow-ups. - Upload blog posts and update website content. - Manage domain renewals and hosting accounts. - Research tasks as assigned.
