Requirements and responsibilities

🎓 Academic Background Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields (completed or near completion). 🧠 Required Experience * 2 years of experience as a Community Manager. * 2 years of experience in direct client support. * 1 year of experience using ASANA as a management tool. * Previous experience in a marketing agency (preferred). * English or Spanish – Intermediate/Advanced (Required). 🚀 Main Responsibilities * Monitor, schedule, and publish content on social media. * Respond to comments and inbox messages 100%, Monday through Friday. * Manage and control social media crises. * Create copy for organic posts. * Develop additional posts upon client request. * Prepare reports on metrics and results. * Maintain constant communication with the internal team to collect and validate client information. * Respond to client-related requests as soon as the agency provides the necessary information. ⚠️ Important: The Community Manager is responsible for copywriting and publishing, not content editing. 🛠️ Tools Used * ASANA * Meta Business Suite * Slack 💡 What We’re Looking For * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * High level of organization and task tracking. * Good time management and punctuality. * Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations. * Clear and professional client communication. * Proactivity and attention to detail.
