Responsibilities

**Responsibilities:** - Make 40-50+ outbound calls per day to US cleaning business owners - Deliver a simple pitch: "We have buyers looking for cleaning businesses paying exceptional multiples. Is selling something you've ever considered?" - Qualify interested leads (revenue, timeline, motivation to sell) - Book valuation calls with our founders - Log all activity in our CRM **Requirements:** - Fluent English (you'll speak with American business owners all day) - Located in Latin America with EST timezone availability (9am-5pm EST) - Prior outbound calling, cold calling, or appointment setting experience - Reliable internet and quiet workspace - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently **Bonus pay structure:** - $10-20 per qualified valuation call booked - $100 per signed listing agreement - 5% of commission on closed deals (max $3,000)
