We are hiring a Head of Outbound Operations (Remote in LATAM only). At Cleaning In Motion, we are currently looking for a Head of Outbound Operations who is ready to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and take ownership of results. We need a highly structured leader, ideally with an Engineering or Admin background, to master our outbound engine. Minimum Requirements: - Fluent English (C1+ level). - Experience: 6+ years in Outbound/CRM leadership (BPO or Agency background preferred). - Tech-Savvy: Expert level in CRM workflows, Automations, and Email Marketing. - Structure: Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail (no hand-holding required). Key Responsibilities: - Process Control: Take full ownership of outbound/cold calling pipelines and deliverability. - Engine Design: Architect automated customer journeys and CRM triggers. - Performance: Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring the outbound funnel hits ROI targets. - Leadership: Manage and mentor the outreach team to maintain high performance and resilience.
