With over 100 million transactions processed every year in 40+ countries, Vesta helps wireless providers turn their payment systems into a competitive advantage.The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our MVNO sales strategy and execution. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth while building long-term client relationships in the highly competitive payment processing industry.What You'll DoStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on MVNOs in the USRevenue Growth: Meet and exceed annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand Vesta business within existing accounts.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Understand their needs and deliver tailored payment solutions.Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes. Use insights to refine sales strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to executive leadership.What We're Looking For10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fintech or payment processing industry.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the payments industry.Deep understanding of MVNO and MNO’s selection and procurement process.Good understanding of payment technologies, merchant services, and financial ecosystems.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to navigate a fast-changing environment.Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot, Apollo.io).Why VestaCompetitive base salary and variable compensationComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchAs a remote business, we offer a flexible working environment
