We're a Real Estate Education Company, a fast-growing Spanish-language real estate education company based in Miami. We teach US-based Hispanic investors how to fix & flip properties — we have an active student community, a coaching program, and we're building proprietary AI tools to support our operation. We're looking for a skilled AI Developer to join us on an ongoing basis to build and maintain our internal tools. What you'll be working on: - Our Elite App — a web-based tool with Fix & Flip, BRRRR, and Wholesale calculators, a comps analyzer, and an integrated AI assistant built on the OpenAI API. - AI agents for real estate comp analysis, deal underwriting, and sales automation. - Workflow automations connecting our CRM (GoHighLevel), Skool platform, and internal tools. Stack you need to know: - Python (primary) - OpenAI API / LLM integration - HTML / CSS / JavaScript - REST APIs and webhooks - Bonus: GoHighLevel, Skool, or real estate tools experience Requirements: - Fluent Spanish (our team and product are in Spanish) - Strong portfolio of AI/LLM projects — show us something you've built - Available for at least 20 hrs/week - Based in LATAM (Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, or similar) - Clear communicator, can work independently This is a long-term engagement.
