Job DescriptionSenior Strategic Account Manager role focused on retaining and expanding Inspectiv's portfolio of high-value customers, acting as the primary commercial owner for renewals, pricing, and expansion opportunities, and ensuring customers derive real value from the platform.The OpportunityWe're looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager to own and grow Inspectiv's most important customer relationships. This is not a new logo role — it's focused entirely on retention, expansion, and long-term partnership across a portfolio of our highest-value accounts. You will work with Customer Success, Product, Triage, and leadership to drive outcomes that deepen relationships and grow revenue.The right person is relationship-oriented and commercially driven — someone who can build trust with security, engineering, and executive stakeholders, navigate complex organizations, and translate those relationships into retention and revenue growth. You're also someone who actively leverages AI tools to improve customer outcomes, sharpen account insights, and work more efficiently.This is a highly visible role with direct impact on Inspectiv's next phase of growth.What You Will DoOwn a portfolio of Inspectiv’s most strategic customer accounts, with responsibility for retention and expansionAct as the primary commercial owner of your accounts, including renewals, pricing strategy, and expansion opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong, multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations, including security, engineering, and executive stakeholdersPartner closely with Customer Success to ensure strong delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment on account strategyWork directly with Inspectiv leadership on key accounts, including executive alignment, escalation management, and strategic planningDevelop and execute account plans that drive increased usage, retention, and expansionLead executive business reviews and strategic conversations to align on outcomes, priorities, and future opportunitiesIdentify and proactively mitigate churn risk through strong relationship management and clear value articulationCoordinate internally across product, triage, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and customer outcomesLeverage AI tools and data to improve account insights, identify growth opportunities, and increase efficiency in account managementTravel as needed to build deeper relationships with key customersWhat We’re Looking ForExperience managing and growing a portfolio of strategic or enterprise accounts in a SaaS or services environmentProven experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business (multi-million ARR or MRR responsibility)Strong commercial instincts, with a track record of driving retention and expansion within existing accountsAbility to build credibility and relationships with VP and C-level stakeholdersExperience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and driving alignment across teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level conversationsAbility to think strategically about account growth while also executing tacticallyComfort leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, account insights, and decision-makingHighly proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityExperience partnering with Customer Success or delivery teams in a shared-account modelNice to HaveExperience in cybersecurity, application security, or working with security teamsBackground in account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnershipsExperience working in environments that combine software and servicesWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + variable compensation tied to retention and account growthMeaningful equity participationExperienced leadership team and growth opportunitiesCompany-sponsored health care, vision, and dental care for you and your dependents$1,000 Home office set-up reimbursementMonthly Wellness & Electronics ReimbursementRemote-first culture, flexible work schedules, and annual company conferences/team bonding events!Compensation - $130,000–$145,000 base + variable compensation; OTE $185,000–$210,000 + Equity
