You’ll create TikTok and Instagram Reels that feel authentic, build trust, and highlight product benefits in a natural way. This is a contract role with payment per video delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging vertical videos aligned to brand strategy and audienceScript light talking points or full voiceover where needed (clear, natural delivery)Film product features, use-cases, and lifestyle content in a relatable styleEdit and format content for TikTok/IG (captions, cover frames, pacing)Communicate proactively on timelines, approvals, and revisionsContribute creative concepts regularly (new angles, hooks, formats)Required QualificationsDemonstrated success creating short-form video content (TikTok/IG portfolio required)Strong storytelling in 15–45 seconds: hook → value → proof → CTAConsistent ability to deliver on deadlines and adapt to feedbackProfessional communication and comfort working with a US-based brand teamNon-negotiable: prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar). Candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered.Preferred QualificationsPrior work on paid social/UGC ads or performance creativeBasic analytics awareness (retention, hooks, rewatch rate) and iteration mindsetExperience with product seeding, creator briefs, and FTC disclosure normsTools & TechnologyTikTok, Instagram Reels, CapCut/Premiere, Canva, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana/Notion (or similar)Please NOTEIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
