We’re looking for dynamic, high-impact leaders to help us expand our footprint and shape the next chapter of Dynatron’s growth.The OpportunityThe Demand Gen Manager is responsible for generating marketing leads, moving them through the marketing funnel and converting them into sales leads. This role will own all the current Dynatron Demand Gen programs and will help develop new channels for lead growth. With a focus on marketing lead to sales lead conversion, this role will work closely with other Marketing team members to get the most out of all our programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead GenerationGenerate qualified marketing leads through new paid, owned and earned channels to support our aggressive growth plansOptimize and expand existing channels to generate more leads, improve conversion rates and ROIIdentify and test new Demand Gen channels and programs that drive new leadsManage outside partners who help execute specific paid advertising campaignsLead NurturingCreating nurturing program to move leads through the funnel from MQL to SQLWorking with the BDR team to convert leads into sales meetings/sales leads, collaborating on sequence creation, lead tracking and performanceWorking with Marketing Ops to report on and identify areas for conversion improvementCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Brand & Content teams to create images, content, landing pages, and other assets necessary for lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, while maintaining a unified message and brand promise.Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive messaging and shared goals.Partner with your other Demand Gen team members to coordinate campaign calendars, share insights, and optimize performance across channels.Reporting & OptimizationMeasure, analyze, and report on demand gen channel performance and ROI.Continuously test and iterate to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.Manage budget allocation across demand gen programs and channels.Your Background5+ years experience in Marketing Demand Gen in B2B high growth SaaSExperience partnering with outside agencies to accelerate testing and executionExperience with content syndication platforms, trade media, and association marketingExperience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads & LinkedIn AdsFamiliar with traditional and digital marketing channels, content marketing and distribution platforms, and consumer analytics.Experience managing marketing campaign budgetsUnderstanding of lead funnels, comfortable using the language of ROI, ROAS, CACExperience with Hubspot requiredExperience with SFDC required, experience with SugarCRM preferredExperience with WordPress, basic HTML, Zapier, Typeform preferredKnowledge of the automotive industry a plus.Some travel might be required.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $100,000 - $115,000/yrWhy DynatronJoin a category-defining leader revolutionizing the automotive service industryLead growth in one of our most strategic U.S. marketsCollaborate with a values-driven team that lives by The Dynatron Way:Urgency.
