You own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer implementations, creating clarity, momentum, and visibility across every phase of the journey. In this role, you orchestrate timelines not just for the customer projects, but also across internal teams, and parallel initiatives inside VibeIQ. You are the connective tissue that keeps engineering, product, and customer teams aligned and informed. This is a high profile customer‑facing, partially billable role designed to accelerate time‑to‑value, strengthen execution, and create visibility for our customers and internallyESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOwn the full project management lifecycle for customer implementation projects, guiding them from kickoff through go‑live and seamless handoff to Customer Success.Act as the primary point of contact for customers, leading status meetings, milestone reviews, and ongoing communication that keeps every stakeholder aligned and confident in the path forward.Drive clarity and momentum by managing project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans — ensuring customer responsibilities and internal commitments are clearly understood and executed.Partner closely with customer project teams and internal implementation team members to plan, sequence, and coordinate work, preparing teams for workshops, technical tasks, and follow‑up deliverables.Create polished, customer‑ready presentations and collateral for status updates, check‑ins, steering committees, and internal alignment sessions.Track and communicate action items, risks, and blockers across customers and internal teams, ensuring proactive resolution and consistent visibility.Surface recurring implementation challenges and contribute to process improvements that strengthen our delivery model and customer experience.Support billable implementation services, ensuring work is properly scoped, tracked, and delivered according to plan.Own and evolve the internal cross‑functional visibility tools that keep VibeIQ aligned across projects, teams, and priorities.Serve as an internal champion and change agent, advancing the project management principles that will shape how VibeIQ operates as we scale. Contribute to defining, refining, and operationalizing best practices while helping build the long‑term PMO foundation that will elevate execution across the company.Show up with curiosity, optimism, and a builder’s mindset — contributing to a culture where VibeIQ grows fast and smart, solves hard problems, and remains a rewarding and thriving place to work.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE4+ years of experience in project management, implementation, professional services, or customer delivery rolesExperience managing customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and competing prioritiesExcellent communication skills with both customers and internal teamsProficiency with tools like Smartsheet and a track record of enhancing project‑management tools, workflows, and systems to support organizational growth.
