Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting transactions (AR/AP) and follow up with clients to ensure timely processing; AP: Prepare ACH, bill payments, and outgoing wires in a timely manner; AR: help reconcile payments sent electronically into bank accounts and assist with reconciliation • Reconcile company credit card transactions • Process employee expense reports and ensure accurate coding and compliance with T&E policy • Assist team with lending-related tasks (withdrawal requests, payments, etc.) • Assist with special projects as needed.
