Dotdigital is a mature, established SaaS product with 20 years of history, a large and loyal customer base, and the complexity that comes with both. The challenge is to build on strong foundations, drive meaningful modernization, and ensure the product management team is operating at a consistently high level.This role leads a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers organised around four products: Marketing, Personalization, Loyalty, and Communications API. It sits within a broader Product leadership team that includes dedicated Directors for Design & UX, Customer Support, Messaging Operations and Technology Partnerships. It reports directly into the SVP of Product.What You Will DoProduct Strategy and RoadmapOwn and evolve the product management roadmap across a portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs and market opportunityTranslate company strategy into clear product bets, ensuring the team understands the why behind prioritization decisionsWork closely with the SVP of Product and broader leadership team to shape long-term product direction and surface emerging opportunitiesDefine and manage the product investment and resourcing plans, presenting to leadership with clear justification and expected outcomesTeam Leadership and PM DisciplineLead, coach and develop a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers, setting high standards for the quality of more years leading Product Management teams in a B2B SaaS environment, with demonstrable experience raising the bar on PM quality and disciplineProven experience working in a sales-led SaaS business, including close collaboration with sales and commercial teams on deals, enablement and go-to-market executionStrong background in the digital marketing or martech space, with a genuine understanding of the problems marketers face and how technology solves themExperience designing and operating a pod or squad model, including managing cross-functional dependencies and cross-pod prioritizationTrack record of building or maturing a PM discipline: hiring, leveling frameworks, discovery practices, and ways of workingHands-on experience with AI/ML product development, ideally in a commercial SaaS contextExperience contributing to pricing, packaging and product commercialization decisions alongside commercial and marketing teamsStrong background in Agile delivery environments, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple concurrent delivery streamsExperience setting and owning product KPIs at a portfolio level, and embedding data-driven decision-making across a teamComfortable managing and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite, customers and investorsCapEx/OpEx literacy and experience managing or contributing to R&D investment planningSkills and
