It’s a gadget with an awesome community that brings together millions of people around the world.We’re building new products:Flipper One - a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC.BUSY Bar - a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions.We're looking for a Community Manager to build and grow our international community for our products. You'll work closely with moderators and power users, help shape community culture, and become the bridge between our users and the product team.Responsibilities:Build and improve moderation processes together with our volunteer moderatorsDevelop community guidelines, moderation policies, and internal playbooksEngage with users across Reddit and Discord, keeping discussions healthy and valuableCollect structured product feedback from the community and share actionable insights with the product teamHelp organize community initiatives and increase engagement across all channelsRequirements:Experience managing online communities on platforms such as Reddit or DiscordFluent in both English and RussianExperience building engagement and working directly with online communitiesAbility to communicate with empathy and stay calm in difficult situationsGenuine interest in technology and consumer productsNice-to-haves:Familiarity with hardware-focused productsWhat we offer:Choose your work format: office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in the worldYou will be provided with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable working environmentBenefits such as VHI, corporate sports, foreign language courses, and therapy sessionsA five-day workweek with a flexible start of the working day
