Trueline is seeking a Project Manager to join their team a growing commercial flooring contractor serving hospitality, gaming, convention, and large-scale commercial construction projects nationwide. This role can be based in the Tulsa, OK area or remote/hybrid, for the right remote candidate, with some regular travel.What You'll Do as the Project Manager:Manage commercial flooring projects from award through closeoutReview plans, specifications, contracts, budgets, and project scopeCoordinate project schedules, material releases, logistics, and installation sequencingServe as the primary point of contact for installers, clients, vendors, and internal teamsTrack labor, material, and project costs to help deliver profitable projectsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, closeout documentation, and project reportingCoordinate freight, equipment, housing, and jobsite logistics for nationwide projectsConduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, progress, inventory, and project executionMaintain proactive communication with clients and field teams throughout each projectHelp resolve field issues quickly while keeping projects on schedule and within budgetPartner closely with estimating, operations, purchasing, and installation teams to ensure successful project deliveryMust-Haves as the Project Manager:3-5+ years of construction project management experienceAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong organizational, scheduling, and communication skillsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable coordinating projects with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsStrong Microsoft Office skillsAbility to work independently while remaining highly responsive and accountableWillingness to travel as projects require and remain available during active installations, including occasional evenings and weekendsNice-to-Haves as the Project Manager:Commercial flooring or floor covering experienceHospitality, casino, hotel, or convention center construction experienceExperience with Bluebeam, Monday.com, or similar construction softwareEstimating experienceConstruction Management or related degreeThis Position Offers:Base salary of $85,000-$95,000, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus structureMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Paid time off plus company holidaysHybrid work flexibility with the opportunity to work remotely for the right candidateOpportunity to manage nationally recognized hospitality and commercial construction projectsStable, collaborative company culture with long-term growth opportunitiesTrueline is an unabashed equal-opportunity employer committed to a diverse workforce.
