We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to lead the full analytics lifecycle and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.Responsibilities:Lead the full analytics lifecycle: requirement gathering, data collection, data modeling, visualization, analysis, and actionable insightsIdentify issues, form hypotheses, and run deep-dive analyses to convert data into actionable insightsEnable the organization to stay highly data-driven by delivering ad hoc analyses, research, reports, and KPI dashboardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs and define critical success metrics and KPIsStructure complex and ambiguous strategic problems into clear analytical approachesMonitor key performance metrics and determine root causes of metric changesRequirements:5+ years of experience in Data Science or Data AnalysisProficiency in data collection, data modeling, and visualizationHands-on experience performing ad hoc analyses and carrying out researchDemonstrated ability to build reports and KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoringStrong capability to define critical success metrics and KPIsProven track record of structuring complex and ambiguous strategic problemsSolid understanding of root causes behind shifts in key performance metricsEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher
