Team members collaborate with diverse clients and industries, working on complex cloud and enterprise transformation projects.Role DescriptionThe Oracle HCM Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation and enhancement projects. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources, while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication. The role involves translating business processes and requirements into Oracle HCM solutions, overseeing configuration and testing, and managing risks, issues, and change requests. The Project Manager prepares project documentation, status reports, and governance materials, and supports user training, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization. Collaboration with consulting teams, technical specialists, and client leadership is key to ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.QualificationsStrong business process and consulting skills to analyze requirements, design future-state processes, and advise clients on Oracle HCM best practices.Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications, ideally Oracle Fusion HCM, including configuration, integration coordination, and solution validation.Proven project management capabilities in managing enterprise or cloud projects, with experience in planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Demonstrated team leadership skills, including leading cross-functional project teams, facilitating workshops, and driving collaboration in remote environments.Familiarity with HR and HCM domains (core HR, talent management, payroll, time and absence) and understanding of change management in HR transformations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, HR, or a related field; project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) is an advantage.Prior experience in consulting or working with cloud solution providers is beneficial, as is experience in international or multi-country HCM projects.
