Most Executive Assistant roles are about managing someone else's calendar and inbox. This one goes further: you'll take real ownership of financial admin, contracts, hiring support, and the founder's day-to-day. The things that need to get done right and on time, every time, without being chased. If you want a role with real trust and real responsibility, not just task-following, but not "reinvent how the company works" either, this is built for that.About FuelerateFuelerate helps ecommerce brands grow through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B Testing, and Meta Ads media buying. We're growing fast enough that a lot of day-to-day operational work: invoicing, contracts, scheduling, hiring admin, has been sitting with the founder longer than it should.
