Job Summary: - We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. - The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, documenting processes, and supporting project teams in delivering business solutions. - This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. - Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD). - Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). - Assist in preparing user stories. - Assist in preparing process flows. - Assist in preparing use cases. - Perform data analysis using Excel and SQL. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Validate business requirements. - Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. - Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations. - Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and sprint planning.
