Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role: - Build the AI-native operating system for institutional capital. - Develop LLM-powered systems that process hundreds of thousands of investment documents. - Build AI agents that automate complex analyst workflows. - Own projects end-to-end, from design and implementation to deployment and client interaction. - Work in an AI-first engineering environment where AI assists with code generation while engineers own system design and delivery. Responsibilities: - Design and develop backend systems and AI-powered applications. - Build scalable LLM and agent-based systems. - Develop full-stack features using Python and React. - Design, deploy, and maintain production systems. - Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle. Required Qualifications: - Experience: 0–7 years of software engineering experience. - Demonstrated programming experience through internships, projects, or full-time work. - Backend software development experience. - Experience building production software systems.
