Let the magic happen!If you're interested in this opportunity, click APPLY TO POSITION to proceed.Overview20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.We are looking for a versatile and proactive Amazon & Dropshipping Virtual Assistant to assist with managing and scaling our e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for an adaptable professional who can manage day-to-day storefront operations, research winning products, and help build a streamlined dropshipping and Amazon marketplace business.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Product Research & SourcingResearch trending, high-demand, and low-competition products for Amazon and dropshipping channels.Identify and vet reliable dropshipping suppliers and manufacturers.Calculate profit margins, shipping costs, and supplier fees to ensure profitability.Listing Creation & Store ManagementCreate, optimize, and upload product listings with accurate titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and product descriptions.Perform keyword research to optimize listings for Amazon SEO and web visibility.Update product pricing, inventory levels, and product availability across sales channels.Order Processing & Customer SupportProcess and track daily customer orders with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.Manage supplier communications regarding inventory, delays, or returns.Handle customer inquiries, return requests, and order status updates promptly and professionally.Operations & Administrative SupportMonitor store performance metrics, account health, and inventory status.Assist with basic marketing tasks, promotions, or PPC campaign tracking as needed.Provide regular weekly reporting on sales performance, order counts, and product research updates.Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.SkillsThe Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:Experience: Prior experience supporting Amazon stores (Seller Central) and dropshipping models (Junior to Senior candidates welcome).Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with product research and e-commerce tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or store management platforms).Communication: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Organization: Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.Work ScheduleContracted Hours per Week: 10 HoursScheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday Daily Working Time: TBD, EasternNote: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW.
