Hiring 2 Talent Acquisition Associates who can look at a JD and immediately think: “I know exactly which 10 companies to target.”At finroles, you’ll work on mid-to-senior level hiring mandates across industries and locations.From figuring out what the client actually needs, finding the right people, to getting them interested and driving the process till closure. We manage important hiring mandates for clients including CKA Birla Group, Savita Oil, Minimines, LoEstro Advisors, Ekvity Wealth and several others.You will:Understand a role deeply enough to know what a “great candidate” actually looks likeSource candidates through databases, platforms and good old-fashioned diggingManage multiple mandates and candidate pipelines simultaneouslyThe big deal for us: You should be able to look at a JD and think beyond the keywords. The ability to understand a role and source the RIGHT set of people is critical for us.📍 Remote / Work from Home
