We are looking for licensed Nurse Practitioners with experience practicing Functional Medicine and conducting functional diagnostic testing.The heart of who we are and how we operate is “patient first.” For full-time providers, we have a starting base salary guarantee of $130K (depending on experience), as well as bonus/revenue share opportunity.
