BlueBase is one of our in-house projects: an AI-powered customer support platform. Companies upload their documents, policies, and knowledge base; their customers get accurate, cited answers instantly, at any hour. The product works today. Over the next twelve months we're building it into an enterprise platform — production infrastructure, multi-tenancy, real-time collaboration, and AI you can measure. We're hiring backend developer to do that work. You'd be joining early enough that the decisions you make become the architecture, and what you build reaches customers in weeks rather than quarters. Open Roles - Backend Developer — Own the API and the infrastructure beneath it. You'll migrate from local JSON storage to PostgreSQL with pgvector, build authentication and multi-tenant data isolation, and add the security controls enterprise customers ask for.
