Hiring 🚀: HVAC PROJECT MANAGER (Remote) - Fluency in English is strictly requiredA rapidly growing residential HVAC services company is looking for a highly responsive and proactive HVAC Project Manager to join its growing operations team.The company provides heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions to homeowners across the U.S., with a strong focus on operational excellence, fast execution, communication, and customer satisfaction.This role will serve as the operational backbone of the business, ensuring projects move smoothly from sale through completion while coordinating closely with field sales representatives, homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Provide real-time technical and administrative support to in-home sales representativesManage end-to-end project scheduling with homeowners and subcontractorsCoordinate subcontractor schedules and ensure materials are ready for installationMaintain continuous communication across phone, email, and messaging channelsTrack projects from initial sale through final handoverProactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecksMaintain accurate project updates, customer notes, and vendor recordsProvide extended coverage when active field jobs require additional oversightIdeal Candidate:Experience in project management, dispatch, or operationsResidential HVAC or trade industry experience is a strong advantageStrong understanding of residential trade operations and subcontractor coordinationExperience with CRM and scheduling/dispatch softwareComfortable using tools such as Slack, WhatsApp, and Google WorkspaceExtremely organized, responsive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFluent, clear, and professional English communication skillsHighly accountable and reliable under pressureStrong leadership potential and ambition to grow into a senior management positionPosition Details:Fully Remote — Work from AnywhereMonday–Friday | 7:00 PM–3:00 AM Beirut Time$2,000 USD/monthAdditional pay for extended coverage when requiredApproved Lebanese national holidaysGrowth opportunity as the company continues to scaleInterested?
