We are looking for an Application Developer to help us build, maintain & occasionally reprogram amazing Apps that integrate with our services platform. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in app development with one or more apps on the Google Play store. Beyond technical capabilities, we are in need of a person who brings to the table an ability to handle diverse & changing requirements and productively turns them into actionable plansKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the ideas, business models, and user requirements to formulate a design strategy to carry out.Act as a tenant to draw out a workable application design and coding parameters with the essential functionalitiesBreakdown the process into multiple packets to distribute to other relevant technology project teamsDevelop various process flow diagrams and working models to streamline the processCoordinate the development cycle and attest the compatibility of different modulesSupervise and conduct the performance test and trials to ensure a hassle-free user experienceRecords and document each phase of application development for further reference and maintenance operationDeploy and install the applications to demonstrate the successful performance of software as per the client expectationFix the problems arising across the test cycles and continuously improves the quality of deliverablesCommunicate with other application development partners and technology arbiters to deliver excellent outputUnderstand client requirements and how they translate into application featuresCollaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applicationsDesign creative prototypes according to specificationsWrite high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlinesPerform unit and integration testing before launchConduct functional and non-functional testingTroubleshoot and debug applicationsEvaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new featuresDevelop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.RequirementsProven experience as an application developerExperience in designing and building applicationsAbility to program in at least one programming language such as C#, Java (J2EE), etc.In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development toolsExcellent understanding of software design and programming principles.A team player with excellent communication skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilityGreat attention to detail and time-management skillsBSc/BA in computer science or relevant field; MSc/MA will be appreciatedA certified application developer is a plusWere looking for a doer, the type of person that brings a can dofigure it out type of energy to the job every day, and is willing to jump in and help.
