📣 WE’RE HIRING: PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE VA
Arlington Home Cleaning, a U.S.-based residential cleaning company, is hiring a reliable Virtual Assistant located in Latin America.
🕒 Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week
🏠 Fully remote
🕘 Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time, including some weekend coverage
Responsibilities:
✅ Answer customer calls and text messages
✅ Schedule and update appointments in BookingKoala
✅ Communicate with customers and cleaning professionals through Quo
✅ Follow up with new leads and previous customers
✅ Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and service concerns
✅ Maintain accurate customer information and booking notes
✅ Follow company procedures and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience working for a residential cleaning company is required
✅ BookingKoala experience is strongly preferred
✅ Quo or OpenPhone experience is strongly preferred
✅ Strong spoken and written English
✅ Professional customer-service and phone skills
✅ Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet workspace
✅ Organized, dependable, responsive, and detail-oriented
