About the Role: The Supply Expert will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for Finance and Operations, ensuring alignment with supply chain processes and compliance requirements. This role will also provide ongoing support for AX2012 and D365 maintenance activities.As part of the D365 implementation and continuous improvement program, the Supply Expert will contribute to solution design, validation, testing, and support activities, working closely with business stakeholders and external implementation partners to ensure solutions effectively address business requirements and operational needs.Location: REMOTEKey Responsibilities:Project Implementation SupportPartner with project teams and the Supply Business Process Owner (BPO) to design, configure, and implement Supply Chain processes in D365.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for finance modules (Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory management, ...).Review and challenge proposed solutions from the integrator to ensure compliance and efficiency.Validate functional requirements and ensure proper documentation on supply scope.Participate in testing phases (UAT, SIT) and support issue resolution.Process OptimizationAnalyze proposed supply chain processes and support the identification opportunities for improvement by leveraging D365 capabilities (e.g., automation, inventory optimization, ...).Ensure compliance with internal supply chain policies and external regulations (such as trade compliance, import/export rules, and supplier standards).Maintenance & SupportProvide second-level support for AX2012 and D365 supply-related issues.Ensure efficient management of incidentsMonitor change requests backlog.Assist in troubleshooting.Coordinate with IT teams for patches, upgrades, and enhancements.Keep up to date documentation.Training & Change ManagementSupport supply users on D365 functionalities.Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption.Key Requirements:Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and D365 on Supply Chain modulesAbility to challenge external partners and ensure alignment with business objectives.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, business teams, and external partners.Fluent in English and French
