Position overview: As the Revenue Operations Specialist, you will serve as the strategic and tactical engine behind go-to-market operations. You'll empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by optimizing tools, automating workflows, and delivering insights that drive performance and revenue acceleration. Key responsibilities: * Own and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot). * Manage routing tools to streamline lead distribution and scheduling. * Oversee data enrichment, cleansing, and hygiene tools. * Administer cold outreach and sales engagement platforms. * Design advanced automation workflows using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, and AI integrations. * Maintain accurate, clean, and enriched data across systems. * Build advanced dashboards and reporting tools using Google Sheets and Excel. * Provide forecasting models and actionable performance insights. * Act as a key resource for sales reps and leadership on CRM issues and process improvements. * Analyze funnel metrics, identify drop-off points, and suggest optimizations. * Collaborate cross-functionally to improve lead scoring, routing, and attribution. * Evaluate new tools and integrations to enhance GTM efficiency. * Drive initiatives to improve the buyer journey and conversion funnel. Qualifications: * 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops roles at a SaaS company. * Advanced experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (certifications a plus). * Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, array formulas, data imports). * Strong automation background with Zapier, Make, Salesforce Flows, or similar tools. * Experience with sales engagement tools like Apollo, Clay, SmartLead, Instantly. * Hands-on experience with Chili Piper or comparable lead routing/scheduling platforms. * High attention to detail, systems thinking, and cross-functional communication skills. * Comfort working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive teams. Nice-to-haves: * Certifications in Salesforce or HubSpot. * Prior experience implementing AI-driven tools for GTM automation. * Experience optimizing outreach strategies with tools like Instantly or Clay.
