- Two-year college degree or equivalent, and/or paralegal studies certification. - 2–3 years of experience managing auto accident cases, from intake through settlement or litigation support. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. - Ability to independently manage auto accident cases through demand submission, including communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers. - Basic pre-litigation experience, including drafting complaints, responding to interrogatories, and related tasks. - Adaptability to quickly learn and work with new office systems (training provided). - Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office Suite.
