The Role At THE/STUDIO, we help creators and brands bring their product ideas to life, from custom hats to packaging. Our Creative Specialists are the first touchpoint for customers, turning curiosity into orders. We’re looking for ambitious, creative, and driven sales professionals who are passionate about building a career in sales and helping entrepreneurs bring their visions to life. You’ll join a fast-growing global team, hitting sales targets while empowering customers to improve their manufacturing capabilities through our platform. If you’re a strong communicator, customer-focused, and solution-oriented—someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment—then this role is for you. As a Creative Specialist, you’ll consult on inbound projects, guide customers through design and production, and turn ideas into reality. What You'll Do: * Connect with inbound leads and uncover customer goals through curiosity-driven conversations. * Guide customers through design, pricing, and production options with confidence and creativity. * Manage pipeline in HubSpot with speed, accuracy, and ownership. * Handle objections and position THE/STUDIO as the best alternative to “cheap but risky” sourcing options. * Work closely with the Sales Team Lead and Manager to improve processes and achieve team-wide revenue goals. * Act as a bridge between customers and our Production and Design teams to ensure smooth orders and accurate design execution. * Oversee product tracking, delivery, and post-sales support, building long-term customer relationships. * Consistently meet KPIs and sales targets while driving repeat business. * Maintain accurate daily reports and trackers for alignment and accountability. Within 1 month you'll: * Learn how to pitch THE/STUDIO’s value proposition. * Understand how THE/STUDIO operates, integrate with your team, and begin performing in your role. * Sell your first inbound deal. * Become familiar with inbound email sequencing. Within 3 months you'll: * Proactively offer customers custom options tailored to their projects. * Maintain perfect CRM hygiene, following an organized method to support customers throughout their design process. * Add value to the team by sharing knowledge, increasing productivity, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. * Master our products and identify strong prospects. Within 6 months you’ll: * Identify new tools, methods, and sales processes that work best. * Build a list of repeat customers who enjoy working with you. * Develop a strong pipeline for year-end performance. * Consistently achieve and exceed your quota. * Begin to be considered for a promotion. What We're Looking For: * 2+ years of recent quota-carrying sales experience. * Experience in product sales, ideally in high-velocity or SMB markets. * Strong written and verbal English communication skills (minimum C1). * Coachable, curious, and resilient, with a willingness to seek feedback and adapt. * High energy, professional communication style, and strong video presence. * Passion for sales and interest in the apparel or manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and comfort collaborating with design teams. * Organized digital presence (LinkedIn, CRM, calendar); familiarity with HubSpot is a plus. * Self-starter, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. * Comfortable working remotely with a reliable setup and available for US hours (PST and EST). * Remote-ready: owns a desktop/laptop with at least 8 GB RAM, stable internet of at least 10 Mbps, and a quiet workspace for customer calls.
