⚠️ Important details: ◻️ The expectation is to have a long-term relationship for more than a year because the company invests in education and training. ◻️ The company will prioritize candidates who fit the startup culture. ✅ Requirements: ◻️ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields. ◻️ A minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-stack developer. ◻️ Professional experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for the front-end side. ◻️ You should have good job stability, which means staying more than one year in each job. ✅ Nice to have: ◻️ Experience working with relational or non-relational databases. ◻️ Previous experience with server maintenance, specifically with Internet Information Services (IIS). ◻️ Experience working with SQL, especially with Microsoft SQL Server. ◻️ Familiarity with working in an Agile environment, algorithms, and programming logic. ◻️ Experience with low-code platform such as GeneXus. ✅ Responsibilities: ◻️ Write high-quality, performant, secure, and maintainable code. ◻️ Effectively debug existing code. ◻️ Maintain existing solutions, servers, libraries, and certificates. ◻️ Offer input into the design process, including specifications and process improvements. ◻️ Design and perform testing and QA processes to ensure new features and releases and market ready. ◻️ Documentation of newly developed and implemented features. ◻️ Attend coding activities, training, and initiatives to keep up with the latest technologies and best practices. ◻️ Hire, train, and supervise new developers as they join the company.
