You have a solid track record of at least 5 years, where your expertise involved data collection, analysis, and the creation of revenue-boosting strategies in line with business objectives, we'd love to connect with you.

→ Problem-Solving: Tackle complex Revenue Management challenges that arise in our day-to-day operations with a strategic and solution-oriented approach.
→ Market Agility: Exhibit flexibility in adapting to shifting market trends, player behaviors, and external factors that impact our revenue landscape.
✨ Experience/Education:
→ Minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
→ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
→ Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel to empower data-driven decision-making.
→ Background in strategic roles, preferably within startups.
→ Strong finance and analyst background.

→ Design and execute innovative strategies aimed at nurturing and enhancing our facilities relationships, taking the gaming experience to new heights.
→ Monitor and dissect performance metrics from our facilities, translating data into actionable strategies that keep us at the forefront of the industry.
→ Skillfully optimize game time slots and take the reins of pricing strategies within our apps, ensuring our competitive edge remains sharp.
→ Foster daily, open lines of communication with our partner facilities, ensuring prompt responses and swift resolution of any issues that may arise.
→ Accountability: Engage in bi-weekly accountability calls with the department lead to provide progress updates and maintain our unwavering focus on our goals.
→ Strategic Evolution: Conduct monthly check-ins with department lead to evaluate progress and adapt strategies as required to maintain our competitive advantage.
