Responsibilities: - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. - Lead and coordinate service delivery teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) to assess service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client requirements. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in service delivery. - Prepare regular reports on service delivery performance for internal client review. - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
