Requirements and responsibilities

Join a company dedicated to providing language solutions to hundreds of people around the world, helping them achieve success in global business. As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for helping attract the best talent and executing the operational tasks related, driving fulfillment of KPIs and operational growth. ⚠️Important requirements: ◽Degree in psychology, business administration, communications, or related field. ◽Knowledge of psycho-labor evaluations and recruitment platforms (Indeed, Compu Trabajo, OCC, LinkedIn, Bumeran, Zoho, etc.) ◽1 to 2 years experience in massive end-to-end recruitment for BPO. ✅ Key responsibilities: ◽Post different positions requested by operations in various channels (job boards, social networks, among others). ◽Conduct interviews with candidates. ◽Review and verify results of English, psychometric, toxicological, and background check tests of candidates. ◽Follow-up on candidates. ◽Fulfillment of KPIs and talent acquisition area projects. ◽Communicate effectively with training, operations, and HR areas. ◽Perform administrative duties within the area.
