Requirements and responsibilities


✅ About the role * You will support our internal parties, such as the sales and administrative teams, daily with reoccurring operational tasks. * You will assist with the business planning for retail customer accounts with Andreea Seremet, our senior business planner, and your future leader. * This position is critical for our organization to maintain high accuracy and service. * There will not be direct communication with external clients. ✅ Requirements * Working proficiency in English (spoken and written.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. * Knowledge of complex MS Excel (pivot tables.) * Experience developing and presenting reports. ✅ Responsibilities * Extracting and formatting customer sales reports and sales trends at the store level. * Monitoring inventory at the customer level. * Extracting and formatting inventory reports at Artika’s warehouse level for in-store replenishment. * Monitoring and uploading Artika’s inventory levels for online platforms. * Reviewing and validating sales orders and invoices. * Organizing stores and display checks. * Producing product comparison reports. * Reviewing online listings and comment sections. * Organizing sample shipments to customers. * Helping with item set-ups and product presentations. * Any other ad hoc tasks as required by customer needs. ✅ (Traits) We are eager to meet people with the ability to: * Work accurately with close attention to detail. * Dive deep into analysis while maintaining a line of sight of strategy, goals, and objectives. * Adapt quickly, maintain focus, and execute with a high degree of accuracy working with complex data in an environment of changing priorities and requirements. * Work analytically and critically with problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Work independently and in team settings. * Function in high-stress situations maintaining professionalism. * Solve problems with resolution recommendation skills. * Keep friendly, courteous, and outgoing. ✅ Preferred * Conversational level in French. * Experience with reporting, analytics, and forecasting. * Degree in business or commerce. * Knowledge of BI Reporting and EDI transmissions. * Industry experience. * Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat. * Proficiency in social media web platforms. ✅ Working hours * Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM (EST) to 5 PM (EST.) * Overtime and weekends may be requested during peak times.
