Responsibilities • Collaborate with customers and colleagues to gather, document, and communicate our product roadmap. • Lead the prioritization, support, and escalation of features and bugs. • Meet with customers, understand their problems, and improve their businesses with the appropriate software solution. • Create effective problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Balance scope and complexity to deliver the right thing at the right time. • Communicate effectively across teams and departments. • Partner with the development team to assess feasibility and define solution architecture, processes, and data to satisfy requirements. • Participate in the creation and continuous improvement of the company's product development framework and related processes. • Provide feedback on defects and product improvements. • Participate in deployments and customer support. • Anticipate and mitigate project risks and support change management. Requirements. • Relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or similar. • Experience working with agile software development. • Experience collaborating across design, development, sales, and marketing. • Creativity and initiative to improve product features and roadmap. Nice to Have • Deep understanding of software design and development frameworks. • Experience at a rapidly growing organization. • Experience with customer experience automation. • Experience with direct-to-consumer and B2C product marketing.
