Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, currently operating real-money gaming with our brands: BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. We’re building bridges between online, social and land-based gaming businesses to create amazing, integrated experiences that keep players in the game. Mobile Analyst uses their in-depth knowledge of mobile systems and technologies to analyze mobile app performance, user behavior, and market trends. Mobile Analyst is required to work closely with application developers, product owners, and engineering managers to plan, design, and implement mobile applications that meet end users' needs. Responsibilities: - Define and utilise comprehensive monitoring and alerting tools for key user flows specific to mobile app performance - Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, propose initiatives that will improve the user experience on mobile devices; areas could include (but not be limited to) ease of use/speed, and stability of key user flows - Work with Engineers, Product Owners, and Engineering Managers to translate and document technical and functional user requirements into functioning technical solutions - Advise Product Owners and Engineering Managers on any potential risks and blockers regarding requirements, including changes required on design - Be involved with teams outside the mobile area to assist them with features they intend to integrate into the mobile apps - Actively contribute to the Quality Assistance processes and the assurance of delivery quality and instil confidence through swift feedback and acceptance - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the mobile space
