Graphic Designer + Social Media Manager (Full-Time, Remote, USA Hours). Our photo booth company is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time creative partner who can design, manage content, and keep up with fast-moving client demands. We’re based in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and serve clients nationwide, focusing on corporate events and brand activations. This role blends 2D/3D design with daily content creation and brand management. We move quickly — you’ll need to produce polished designs, mockups, and proposals at a professional standard, often on tight timelines. Availability: You must be available and responsive between 9AM and 5PM CST (Texas business hours, no exceptions). Requirements: - You must have high-speed home internet (no internet café or library access) and a reliable backup plan for internet or power outages (mobile hotspot, backup Wi-Fi, etc.). Strong communication skills are required — your English does not need to be perfect, but day-to-day conversation must be clear and easy. You should be able to take direction, accept feedback, adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and provide daily updates without needing reminders. - Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.), Slack, Dropbox, and VPNs for secure work is required. - You must be highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp or Blender (for basic 3D event setups and renders), and Canva. - Bonus skills that would be an advantage: experience with print design (fabrications, banners, signage), 2D/3D animation, video editing (CapCut, Premiere), or web design (Wix). - Use of AI tools is encouraged to speed up workflows without compromising quality. About Us: MIGHTY Photo Booths delivers premium photo booth experiences for corporate and social events across Texas. We create custom setups for brands, weddings, and conferences — and we’re growing fast. Key Responsibilities: • Create 2D and 3D designs for events, proposals, and marketing materials. • Build polished pitch decks that showcase our services. • Manage and improve our content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Quickly produce 3D renders or mockups to help win deals. Next Steps: Selected candidates will be invited to complete a paid skill test — a 1-hour project designed to evaluate your design quality, creativity, and speed. You’ll be paid $10 for your submission and have 1 week to complete it. Compensation and Benefits: - This is a full-time salaried position starting at $360 to $400 USD per month (approximately $4,320 to $4,800 USD per year). After 90 days, a performance-based raise of $40 USD per month ●● will be applied for strong contributors. - We believe in growing with our team — as the company grows, there will be opportunities for future raises, expanded roles, and additional responsibilities for those who show strong results. - Benefits include 13th month pay, observed Philippine holidays, paid time off, and sick days after your first 90 days.
